4DESIGN were commissioned by Microsfere Inc to help tackle a $5 trillion a year problem. Air pollution is a very serious health problem that costs countries dearly in productively and health in both developing & developed counties.

4DESIGN designed and developed a range of masks from a very demanding marathon runners model through to a commuter model. To achieve positive N95 airflow for a long peroid of time with mask on a runner was extremely demanding on filtration, power consumption and ergonomics.

Our award-winning design has captured interest from people all over the world in a number of different industries.  Utilising biometric data to unlock a deeper understanding of inner workings relating to performance, enabling a more productive, safer and healthier personal environment. Recognizing the human element of the user, allowing them to go out and perform activities in a safe, comfortable and meaningful manner in ways that were not possible before. The active filtered positive airflow make breathing easier and creates a cool flow of air.
